It is a beautiful English cottage in Puerto Natales. The place is very tastefully done by the couple who own and run the place - Carlos and Christina. They made us feel very warm and took very good care of us during our stay there. They made us a good breakfast every morning and even on days when we had to leave early for our excursions. They helped us with all the best tourist activities that had to be done at and from Puerto Natales. Felt like home. Absolutely lovely, wonderful and honest people. Very convenient place to take the navigation to Mirador Serrano Glacier.

Amazing hotel! The perfect place to unwind your mind. The view from the hotel is impeccable. We had the corner room and the view was stunning. The lounge area is very cozy and the family that own the place is welcoming and friendly. They prepared the breakfast buffet every morning which had plenty of choices. We also had dinner there which was delicious and with local ingredients. We really hope to come back one day!

We absolutely loved the concept - you get your own little hut where one wall is basically a window, so you wake up to the blue skies and snow-capped mountain tops. In the evening, you can relax in an outdoor hot tub - what a treat! We also really appreciated how attentive, helpful and kind Carla was (thank you so much, Carla!). Breakfast was nice and the common area is fantastic to chill out in.

The breakfast was really great, more than I could eat. The location was really good but helpful to have a car to get into the centre of town. Our hosts Helio and Luz were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views. I really enjoyed my stay there.
