The room has everything one needs: - Wifi - Kitchen - Hot water - Comfortable bed - Sofa And of course it is in the center of the Futaleufu. I had bad luck with the city, when my rafting was canceled on the day of arrival (actually this happened to me 4 times in the past 20 years with this river). The host was very kind and expended my check-out to any time I wanted. I finally left around 4pm, which helped me to work and utilize the day even though my rafting was canceled. So, highly recommended.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie.
