Airconditioning kept the residence cools - it was 38C everyday of the week (great for paragliding) we were there. Bedrooms were good.

Wendy and Peter are excellent hosts who made me feel very welcome. It must be hard work keeping their hotel and motel looking so good, but somehow they manage it very well. Being a country Hotel Motel, you tend to think the rooms will be on the worn and weary side, but nothing could be further from the truth. My redecorated room was compact but very stylish and welcoming, and I could park right at my door. A continental breakfast is included and you can ask for bread if you want to make toast in the morning it had everything you expect in a modern motel room. My bed was very cosy, and the bathroom was very bright, clean and functional. A huge bonus is being able to dine at the Hotel's large and attractive bistro, complete with al fresco tables on the balcony. The menu is quite extensive and the food well cooked and satisfying. Corryong is a very pretty town, and an excellent stop if going north to the Snowy or going further south into Victoria. The scenery on the way in or out is stunning. Would I stay at this motel again? Most certainly!

Friendly owners, beautiful view, perfect pool. The room is well equipped and spacious. Everything is well taken care of. Location is great.

I couldn't fault the hotel stay. We arrived and the lovely lady checked us in. She was organised and explained our rooms, the bathroom, breakfast, etc. It felt like we were guests in someone's house. The meals and atmosphere were great. We were a group of three on motorcycles. There is a rear, secure parking area for bikes. Not that security is needed. Walwa is a lovely spot. A continental breakfast is included in the room rate. I thoroughly recommend it as a great pub style accommodation venue. We will stay again.

Tara has done a great job in furnishing the premises and checked to ensure everything was satisfactory for us. The kitchen is well equipped.
