Staff are very friendly & welcoming. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and had all the essentials you need. Definitely recommend if you've got a long layover and need some much needed rest. The only (very small) thing I'd change is to have better blankets in the flexipod suites, for the money being paid I feel like the fleece blankets (which are the same you get on most airlines) could be better, but that's not worth loosing a star over, still a 10/10 stay. Thanks very much!

I stayed here for one night to catch my breath between flights and it provided me with the peace and comfortable rest I needed. The breakfast was amazing! So many options to choose from, everything was delicious. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

They've been so very attentive and super fast in responding to our requests wherever I had to address for some improvements. Just don't hesitate to ask if you need anything in this place. The people operating the hotel are very professionals and ready to materialise your requests, making your stay as comfy as it gets.
