This property is located in the best part of the town. It is right on top of the hill with a beautiful view of the landscape and sea. The area is also super safe with a lot of nature around. You can easily drive from there in all directions: on one side to the center of the town where you can find cafés and restaurants as well as Boulders Beach, where the Penguins are :), and on the other side to Cape of Good Hope. You can also reach Cape Town through the Panoramic route by going toward Chapman's Peak. Gareth is the owner of the property living in an adjacent house within the same terrain. That is an extra plus because you would feel there is someone guarding the property. Okay, it is a very safe area but still it is nice to have higher security particularly in South Africa. He is also very friendly and would ensure you are not missing anything. Indeed, the apartment was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had one of my best sleep. Next time I will go back there.

A wonderful flat ideally situated overlooking the sea with mountain views as an extra. Excellent facilities and very good relations with the owners. One could not ask for more. The views were stunning, even if it was a bit of a drive up the mountainside. One of our guests had been very sick and the owners went out of their way to assist us in finding treatment and accommodating a late check out. The accommodations were pristine and beautifully appointed and breakfast at the beach was wonderful! I couldn’t recommend this guest house more!

Location: very near to the Boulders Beach penguins; there was a side gate that leads directly out to the boardwalk next to the visitor centre about 1 min away. Perfect spot for an early morning walk to see the penguins. Facilities: the room was spacious and cosy and there was a good smart TV with Netflix/Youtube. Bathroom was well furnished with a bath tube and amenities. Bed was good. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive the moment we entered and service was impeccable. They provided lot of good recommendations of Simon’s Town. Breakfast was awesome with a view of the bay.

We had a great stay! It was super convenient to be able to do a self check-in late at night after a long day of travel. The place itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and really well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free experience!

Nestled between spectacular mountain scenery and False Bay on the Indian Ocean coast, this historic property welcomes guests to marvel at unforgettable panoramic views. As soon as I saw Bosky Dell in Booking, I immediately fell in love. I left this cottage for the end of my vacation and it was the best way to end my trip. There is a warm and peaceful atmosphere here. I really loved drinking coffee in the morning and looking at the ocean. The cottage is beautiful both inside and out. And it matches the description and photos. You will really live next to penguins and hear their funny sounds. And the beach is absolutely gorgeous. The hosts will take the best care of you. You will receive personal and valuable recommendations, rather than a stupid standard set of well-known tourist destinations. I heartily recommend that you stay here!
