Staff helped a lot, rented us a bike (150vnd/day) and went the extra mile with us, thank you!!

I had read only good things about this hotel, so being positively surprised was going to be difficult. But they managed it. The garden is stunning. The staff are amazing. The food is lovely. The excursions are so nicely organised. Everything we needed was provided. My two kids (3 and 5) are still saying they miss thu and thu and tam (three staff) who played with them doing crafts, swinging on the swing and just laughing and having fun. They were sad to leave, as were we.

Great hotel right on the beach. Spacious and modern rooms, supersilent and good aircon. Wifi was strong everywhere, even on the beach. Ideal for us for remote work. Plenty of beach and pool chairs. Gym was small but basically had everything you needed. Staff are helpful and nice, even bring your drinks to you if needed. Exceptional breakfast with fresh egg and soup stations. Would stay here again!

The beach is clean and easy to access, with enough space and deck chairs for everyone staying at the hotel. No stress to get a nice spot at the beach! The staff is nice and attentive. Breakfast is also good and can be enjoyed in a terrace at the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright.

The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern, and well-furnished apartment. The staff was really great, kind and helpfull. We were very comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. I'd like to offer some friendly, constructive feedback on the kitchen to help make the experience even better. When we arrived as a group of four, we found there were only two large plates, two soup bowls, and two cereal bowls. There were also no supplies for washing the dishes. However, I was very impressed with how quickly this was resolved! After we asked, the staff brought everything we needed the very next day. A couple of other small suggestions: the cooking equipment is quite limited and worn out, so an investment in some new pots and pans would be a great upgrade for guests who wish to cook. Also, having a few basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil or sugar would be a fantastic touch. These little things can make preparing a simple breakfast much easier and really add to the comfort of the stay. On the other hand, we absolutely loved the daily complimentary items! The water, nuts, dried mango, coffee, and tea were a lovely and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. If these few minor details in the kitchen are polished, this place will be truly top-notch. Thank you for a great stay!
