Located less than 100 metres from Nha Trang Beach, Azura Gold Hotel & Apartment offers rooms with ocean views. It features a tour desk, a 24-hour front desk and complimentary WiFi access. This hotel was just excellent. When arriving at 4am, they allowed us to use our room for a small, early check in fee. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable beds and no noise. Excellent location,very close to the beach. Nice view from the window. Again, when checking out late, this time there was no fee. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was excellent, and the service staff there were very attentive. The front desk was excellent helped me book a bus and update my sim card. The pool, the steam room, and the sauna were spotlessly clean. It's the best pool I've swam in since being in Vietnam. The view from my hotel was spectacular. Close to a quiet part of the beach.

Gorgeous view from our very comfortable and clean room. Amazing view from the pool. Excellent varied food available at the buffet. But the real special part about this hotel is the incredible staff. They are professional, kind, deeply caring, friendly, helpful and basically perfect. We had wanted to stay more days but as it goes with backpackers, our plans changed so we were only able to stay for 2 nights. We wished we could have stayed longer and gotten to know the staff even better.

My child described this as her HAPPINESS. We really enjoyed our time as Gran Melia NhaTrang and we had a lovely time here. The staff really went an extra mile to make sure we are happy, they are very attentive and paid a lot of attention to their guests. The staff provided even before we ask. Highly recommended. Kid's club was good too, huge and well looked after. We would definitely come back, fingers crossed the service will remain at this level.
