Located 1 mile from Acadia National Park, Acadia Inn has an on-site trail that accesses the park. Cannot think of anything that could have been better! All comforts imaginable, big comfortable beds and rooms, self service laundry, a huge help on a weeks’ long trip, outdoor pool and a jacuzzi, beautiful outdoor space for the kids and adults alike with lots of toys provided. Evenings around the fire pit making s’mores, an amazing experience for our kids coming from Europe, having never done it before of course. A nice breakfast too. Complimentary treats all day long, snacks and lemonade in the lobby. Above all, the care we received from the staff, unbelievably nice and helpful all of them. We stayed in multiple hotels during our stay in the US and I cannot understand how Acadia Inn only earned its three stars! Our stay at the Inn was a straight five star experience!

Rick and Charles are great communicators and they will do everything to make your stay memorable. The Inn is in the town center yet it is very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

The size, decoration and comfort was exceptional. Definitely one of the most luxurious rooms we have ever stayed in. The lounge and bar downstairs were equally grand and a lovely place to have an evening cocktail. Staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to stay.
