The hotel is located in a gated community, and this is why, probably, it was very quiet through the night. The property seems to be new and in a very pristine condition. I would go ahead and speculate it was supposed to be a guest house but was repurposed. The room was clean and big, the bed was comfortable, and the shades were very dense so I managed to sleep till 10 am which is rare to me even at home. The staff was very friendly. WiFi was fast and stable. The breakfast was fine.

We will stay again. Hope to stay in the Spring and watch the Roshen fountain show from our balcony.

The breakfast and the restaurant in general is amazing. The jacuzzi was really relaxing, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. There's a lake nearby where one can fish and a forest to stroll through. It's very peaceful.
