Staff were lovely albeit a bit curt with us when we followed up on our washing. We were advised by one staff that it was be available that same day. But when we chased up on it later that day, another staff said it was not possible and it would be available the next day (we were leaving the next day so of course concerned about our belongings). The breakfast buffet was good. Lots of options to pick from.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed and light-filled apartment. It was perfectly clean, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet area very close to the city center. Communication with the host was excellent—although check-in was officially at 15:00, we let them know we had arrived early, and they kindly prepared the apartment for us by 11:00. All our requests were handled promptly. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, the location is very nice, the breakfast AMAZING! Parking was FREE. The old town is just 30mins walk, the ZOO is also pretty close. EV charging is available at the Hotel but the Tesla Supercharger is also only for stone throwing. We are recommend the Restaurant next to Hotel (Čad Gostlina). Plejskavica is my favorite! Thanks for everything.
