Hotel has perfect shuttle service, you can be sure all the time , whenever you arrive to the bus area the shuttle is there, always in the same place, no terrible suprise. Room was clean, all hotel employees are realy kind and helpful. When I asked towel they were delivered in just a few minutes with other bathroom things, soap, teeth brush etc. I will prefer this hotel again and again inshallah. Thanks them.

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Clean and our expectations. Only downside was that it is a little further away from the Haram than I thought. Would’ve been nice if they offered a shuttle bus. Would’ve paid for it too.

Featuring 5-star accommodation, Jabal Omar Jumeirah, Makkah is located in Makkah, 250 m from Masjid Al Haram and 10 km from Hira Cave. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is near to Masjidil Haram which makes it easy for us. Besides, the room is really comfortable and clean. All in all, we would definitely consider to stay at this hotel in the future.
