The rooms were so beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was so good! We wanted to stay here for 2 nights but ended up staying a week to relax and chill out, I loved it here! It's out of the centre of Tuxtla but everything you need is nearby: stores, mall, restaurants, colectivos, taxis,..

Situated next to Marimba Park, this modern hotel offers free Wi-Fi, free private parking and a small gym. Great location near Parque de la Marimba, where you can enjoy beautiful live marimba music played by a full orchestra—it’s a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

We loved it! Super clean, close to the center, hot water 24/7, fully equipped kitchen, great internet, excellent service and staff attention – 10 out of 10. We immediately felt at home. There's always coffee, tea, and cookies in the kitchen, and they let us check in early and check out a bit later. They even have ping pong! A wonderful place you'd want to come back to. Special thanks to the staff for their care and attention. 10/10

Fire places 😁 so cosy didn't want to leave the room. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was will equipped. Was near everything without being in the middle of town.
