Super friendly and helpful staff. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. We asked if the room could be made a bit darker, and they sorted it without any hassle. The pool is great. We used it every day. The co-working area is solid too. Fast WiFi, plenty of space, and a good setup to get work done. Location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

All staff were professional and friendly and went out of their way to provide the best experience ever! We fell in love with the adorable Kiki the local hotel dog. Franzi was incredible and added a personal touch to your stay and always had a smile on her face. I have stayed in many hotels over my years of traveling and this hotel is simply THE BEST!

Everything went smoothly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were varied. The place is quiet, and we had no disturbances at night. The shower room with an open roof was a unique experience. We highly recommend this place for its comfort and peaceful atmosphere!

The facility is amazing and what makes the stay most comfortable and memorable are the staff who are very well mannered and kind , always ready to serve with a smile. The places to visit are very close by a short tuk tuk ride. The hotel arranged all transportation and without a doubt , will recommend this place. The rooms are cozy ,comfortable and very clean. The rooms were exactly like the photos, super clean and comfy. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. Our package came with breakfast and it was delicious, definitely worth it. The pool area was such a cozy, chill spot to hang out and relax. The whole vibe of the place was just immaculate, we honestly had a great time staying here.
