My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!

A lovely hotel in the new part of town with easy access to Mausoleum and other attractions. Also within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The staff and manager were very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. They even laid breakfast out 15 minutes earlier when we had an early tour booked. Breakfast was excellent, varied and plentiful. Altogether a very positive experience.

The hotel is brand new and has very high level experience, including the lobby and the spacious room and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much. Having included the tickets for the exhibition was a huge plus considering the price. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Lazzat proved an attentive host, a great chef and a good counselor for going to our next destination. We had an amazing evening playing music with her daughter Jazira and heard many activities are being planned for the future... We felt as if hosted by our own relatives. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing hotel, way beyond my expectations. I got a room so big that I think it's bigger than my apartment and for an amazing price. The views were pointing straight to the mausoleum. Walking in the surrounding area is truly a pleasure, and the staff is so kind that I want to go there again.

The staff were so friendly and professional, the hotel has a restaurant on premises servicing good quality meals and wines, very convenient if you don't want to go out. The rooms are a great size, the bathroom and maintenance is immaculate throughout the rooms and common areas, the bed was so very, very comfortable. We stayed an extra night to see a few more things in and near Turkestan and we're very happy to have this lovely place to come home to. Very happy to recommend a stay in this hotel.
