One of my friends accidentally injured their hand while skiing, and the owner immediately helped us find a clinic. He was also concerned about the language barrier, so he kindly wrote a note for my friend to bring to the clinic. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the owner's cocktails are undoubtedly the best in Zao! The next time I go skiing in Zao, I will definitely stay at his place again. It was an incredibly comfortable experience! オーナーはとても親切で話しやすい方です。 友人がスキー中にうっかり手を怪我してしまった際、オーナーはすぐに診療所を探すのを手伝ってくれました。さらに、言葉が通じないかもしれないと心配して、診療所に持っていくためのメモまで書いてくれました。 朝食はとても豪華で美味しく、オーナーのカクテルは間違いなく蔵王で一番です！ 次回、蔵王へスキーに行くときも、絶対にまたここに宿泊したいと思います。本当に快適でした！

Great all inclusive especially for beer enthusiasts. The room had a lot of space even with the futons laid out. We enjoyed the open air bath in the room and the private onsen. The meals were fantastic especially the dinners.

The dinner was especially sumptuous and was more than expected. It had a small onsen and for the more adventurous you can also use on of the 3 public onsen that was only steps away from the front door. It's exceptionally close to the ski lift - easily walkable even with gear.

We liked that it was a quiet and private space where we could rest without the hustle and bustle of the city. The environment and the layout of the ryokan, creates such a serene space for us. Which was exactly what we wanted. The services and the food it was exceptional. Every meal we had felt like it was so well taken care of and of such high quality. It was so healthy and delicious all at the same time. Every dish was amazing but We would never forget the beef we had there and the seaweed porridge and the many side dishes that came with them those were the highlight for us. The shuttle services were really handy for us travelling in and out of the ryokan.
