This was an amazing place, I stayed 3 nights, and I wish I could have stayed longer. The common area is so beautiful, warm, and cozy. They even play super nice relaxing music in the evening to make it even more pleasant. The dorm was also really nice and clean. The location is amazing, close to the lake, and with a lot of nice things to do like hiking, biking, or going to a nearby onset. But the best part was the hostels owner. He picked me up from the station and took me back there without any additional cost. He also gave me a lot of nice suggestions about places to visit and things to do, such a nice person. I hope I can come back to visit this place soon! Thanks for a lovely time.

The view is stunning, and the staffs are very helpful, especially when we were having dinner, one of the sweetest and kindest staff (omg i forgot her name) offer to help my disable brother to cut the beef before we noticed he needed help!! Thanks a lot!! Hope we can come back one day!

Located a 5-minute stroll from Shimoyoshida Station, Hostel & Salon Saruya offers a renovated 80-year old Japanese-style accommodation with free WiFi. The property is stunning. We stayed in one of the private Kiku rooms and it was extremely spacious for the price! Everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Staff is very friendly! Wake up early to get a fantastic view of Fuji-san before the crowd.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Great variety of food for breakfast. Drinks and food at night were excellent and there was no need for dinner.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Great dinner and breakfast beyond my expectations. We have a Japanese style room with mountain and lake view exactly as described. Onsen in the hotel is great especially the 7th floor

Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Masaki, who delivered and explained our dinners, was the highlight! He was so friendly and did a great job! Breakfast and dinner were incredibly tasty. You must visit the rooftop foot spa on a clear day, for a spectacular view of Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake. Convenient location, free shuttle from/to Kawaguchiko station, room and public onsen were incredibly clean, got to enjoy karaoke and I highly recommend the private bath with the view of Mt Fuji.
