This is my 2nd time staying at the property. I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

Set in Lignano Sabbiadoro centre a few steps from the famous Terrazza a Mare building, Hotel La Lampara is just 30 metres from its free private beach. Breakfast was awesome, accommodated our lactose free, gluten free diet. Staff always looking for ways how to help, rooms clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back.

Set in the Riviera district of Lignano Sabbiadoro, surrounded by a pine forest, the President offers a large garden with pool and the closest beach is 400 metres away. Attentive staff, great location, clean rooms, incredible breakfast

Hotel Ai Dogi is in the central square of Palmanova just 50 metres from the Cathedral. Rooms offer plasma-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and some have views of the square. Lovely small hotel in a perfect location in this UNESCO Heritage town! Our ground floor room was really big, king bed, walk in closet, huge new bathroom with great modern shower and facilities. The welcoming staff spoke English fluently, told us about the town and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! The hotel has easy free parking which is very unusual in an Italian old city center! The location on the central piazza next to the church is perfect! We heartily recommend this lovely little hotel!

He really wants everyone to have the best possible experience while staying at his place. He did an incredible job rehabbing a building where railroad employees used to stay. Everything is brand new and clearly only the highest quality of materials were used. It is right on the bike path, with easy access to the town. We couldn’t imagine it could be as nice as it was. Kevin is very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him and stay at his place.
