The host was extremely helpful to explain the way to Urbino center (you have to be in shape for that). Breakfast was excellent. I also appreciated safe and free parking in front of the hotel.

Fairytale accommodation in a castle dating back to 1732, the building and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. Location is special, up on the hill, overseeing the Monterado village and with a view of the Adriatic sea. The swimming pool area in the garden is perfect, for adults and kids. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The dining area outside between the building walls makes for a unique experience, and the food is first class. Do stop by if you have the chance, we will be back.

Staff was super kind and helpful with recommendations of restaurants and how to get to beaches and places of interest. They also arranged pick-up to and from the hotel with a local taxi company. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel decor was very nice.

Silvia was very responsive and helpful. She arranges self check in and check out with a fancy automated system. I really appreciated her assistance and local recommendations. The room was spotless and modern, and the AC worked perfectly. The property is about a 7 min walk up to the old town and about 6 min walk from the train station. Very convenient.

I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town!
