Just 800 metres from the centre of Fiumicino, this family-run B&B is just 100 metres from the bus stop to Rome and 3 km from Leonardo Da Vinci Airport. It is really close to the airport, the room was excellent, Luca was tottaly friendly, he speaks english and served us the breakfast before the usual time just to help us because of the time of our flight.

Very clean and tidy. Initially we chose this property because of its proximity to Fiumicino but it turned out that it was perfect for a beach break as well. The host was very helpful and gave us great recommendations regarding nearby beaches and restaurants.

Drove us to the airport for 25€. Taxi is 35€. Mattea was quick to respond to any queries. Very nice and helpful. Very clean, new apartment. Had a bonus bathtub. Fantastic outdoor seating with lots of places to hang out/sit. Nice kitchen with food basics. A few small restaurants nearby but they did look good. We ate at the beach for lunch at Vittoria’s Beach Bar and it was great but a 52 minute walk. We cooked in for dinner but Ristaurante Crazy Cook looked good. 6 minute walk.
