We enjoyed spending time with jecky’s family, eating delicious home cooked meals, seeing Komodos (of which there are many behind the village), trekking in the national park, swimming with mantas, hiking Padar…the list goes on! Even just sitting on the balcony and watching the fishing boats or the resident dugong play with a sea turtle is a great way to pass the time. Jecky is a great host and has great English. You can arrange/discuss all your travels and activities with him via WhatsApp prior. And his wife is a great cook! This is a unique opportunity you will be lucky to have. It’s a homestay (not some bland hotel experience) so come ready for adventure.

The Homestay is tight in the middle of the busy village and a boat ride from fabulous sites around Komodo. Arjun and his team were welcoming and friendly and did a great job taking care of us. The room is basic but comfortable and clean, and all meals were taken care of by his family. Arjun was busy our first day, so his cousins Fani was in charge of us and also did a great job.

Komodo Resort is located on Sebayur Island bordering Komodo National Park, an hour’s boat ride from the Komodo Dragon Tour on Rinca Island. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time! Staff are very welcoming and polite. Food was also excellent. Our bungalow with panorama sea view window was beautiful and clean, with mosquito net installed for the bed. We went for a total of 17 dives with the dive center. They are professionally run and very safety concious. Both the manager and the guides went out of their way to meet all of our wishes. Marine wildlife in Komodo is world class and never disappointed. We warmly recommend staying and diving here!

Terletak di Mbura dan dengan Pantai Bajo Komodo Eco Lodge yang boleh disampai dalam 2.1km, Ama Wela Living Labuan Bajo mempunyai kolam renang luaran, bilik bebas rokok, WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat... Staff was super friendly. Restaurant was top level, get the apple crumble!!! For us backpackers this was our expensive luxury stay, and it was worth every penny.

Villa Komoko terletak di Komodo dan menawarkan kolam renang luaran dan teres. Vila ini mempunyai kolam renang peribadi, taman dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. It's a lovely villa (house). Good ACs, full kitchen, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Everything about is was good. And there is a washing machine

Georgio was great at communication all the way through our stay. He acted as our guide to see Komodo Dragons and the surrounding Islands, which was an amazing experience. Georgio was very knowledgeable on the Dragons and his family was very hospitable. If you want an authentic experience then this is for you.

Friendly host, amazing location, once in a lifetime trip. You will get places in the national park all to yourself before and after the boat tours leave. We saw so many dragons, sea turtles, manta rays, and other wildlife. The home was very comfortable and food was delicious. I would recommend this to anyone looking to explore the national park in a unique way- so much better than the boat tours. Note: bring 1-2 quick dry towels with you for the beach and shower. It’s also worth mentioning it’s a shared bathroom if there are other guests in the homestay. It wasn’t an issue, but I didn’t know before booking.
