All Yello hotel staff whom met during our stay were very friendly and pleasant. very impressed with the service, from front desk to housekeeping, especially the staff and security who were on duty at entrance on Saturday afternoon. As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;)

Only have great things to say about this property. Easy check in and check out. The house was clean, the location is great. Around 10-15min to Nagoya hill and harbour bay. We came as a group of 7adults and 2children. There are 2 toilets and the facilities are good. Owner very friendly and easy to deal with.

The facilities are excellent, and the location is just right. Pollux Habibie is conveniently attached to a mall. Although the mall is still new with only a few outlets open, I believe it has great potential to become a new landmark in Batam. We inquired about an iron, as it wasn’t listed among the provided amenities. To our surprise, the owner went out of their way to provide one for us, which was a thoughtful gesture. I truly hope this place is well-maintained in the years to come, as I’m already planning to return. Overall, it was a fantastic and rewarding experience in Batam with a great place to stay.
