The hotel has a restaurant which is fantastic. We had some truly memorable meals there, including my grandson. The pool was fun. Balatonszemes is a quaint place with great beaches and restaurants and confectioneries. We especially enjoyed the ice cream place in this hot weather. The room had great air conditioning but there were screens on the windows and as it cooled down for the night we opted to sleep by the open windows. Very quiet place at night.
