Very clean and comfortable. The owner Sophia picked us up from Port and was very friendly and helpful with any information we needed. Location is literally 20 meters to a lovely beach and 15 min walk into Town. The whole complex is fairly new and very well looked after. Highly recommend.

Kyriakos is an extremely nice and friendly host! We felt very welcomed; and he gave us plenty of recommendations, and even helped us to contact a rental place. The place itself is well located near the beach and very pleasant, and our room had a little shaded patio where we had breakfast. The room was clean and equipped with a small kitchen and an AC. Also, there are three very lovely kittens at the hotel :) Would definitely come back again if visiting Serifos again!

Katarina and her husband were absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Katarina even helped us call to have dinner delivered one night. Each morning they brought us a little breakfast item and they were all delicious. The location was directly on the beach, in a quiet corner of the bay. It was about 15-20 minutes walking to the port. I would absolutely book with Kyma Studios again.

Location is so beautiful right on the little bay in Livadakia. We had a quiet room on the top floor. Frixos looked after us on our early arrival and provided transfers to and from the port which was very much appreciated. The cafe has great food especially for breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

From the very beginning, they welcomed us with the utmost energy and enthusiasm. The location is stunning, right in front of the literal sea, in a privileged area with crystal-clear waters. The room was perfect—comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Dining at De Alexandros taverna was a delight; the food was absolutely delicious. This has been one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had in our lives. Highly recommended!
