We travel with a large dog, so we don't always expect a friendly welcome, but the staff was more than accomodating and even asked if we needed anything for our dog...!!! Nobody has ever asked if we need anything for our dog! I was more than positively surprised! The rooms and the decor are very cool (the hallways need a bit of a touch up here and there). Very clean, very comfortable beds with a wonderful view. A 10 minute walk outside the old town. Would definitely recommend to others, and definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel two times over about 10 days, and both times the staff were very helpful and anticipated my needs. The restaurant was very good. My room was relaxing for me, which I needed after a tiring trip. The location at the airport is perfect and very convenient.

This hotel is great value, perfectly positioned just on the edge of the old town which means it an easy walk to all the sights of Albi. They serve a fabulous breakfast and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The owner and her husband are lovely people, and both went above and beyond assisting us when our train was cancelled at the last minute. We would definitely stay again.

Millau is a nice small town, very walkable. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains visible from the hotel and most of the town.
