The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

Situated in the St. Pauli district directly at Reeperbahn in Hamburg, 500 metres from Port of Hamburg, Chez-Ronny features free WiFi access and private parking. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Everything was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious and Ronny thought about so many little details which made it feel truly special. It is located in the red district but you cannot hear anything when sleeping inside. The blackout curtains were amazing as all the amount of storage. Complementary coffee was also greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Located in a former school building, the family-run Hotel Volkschule offers comfortable rooms in central Hamburg. Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it never disappoints. It is very close to a station and easy to get into central Hamburg. The breakfasts are excellent and a real bonus. There are several supermarkets very close to the hotel so easy to get what you need. The shower is amazing. The staff are very helpful and professional. Lots of pamphlets available for things to do.

The facility is very nice with their own restaurant. The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River. There is a free parking lot. The hotel and restaurant stuff is professional and kind. The food was delicious and variet. Is a peaceful place.
