She told me, she would want to find something similar in other countries if she travels, so she wants to offer something nice for low budget travelers here as well. So sweet. Shower is great. Kitchen is big and nice. You have so much space

Everyone has their own cabin with fire place should you need to warm up. There’s a long walk you can do through the jungle from the hotel which was really nice. The staff were really helpful when it came to getting taxis around, but a lot easier here to have a car.

This place is...magical. I felt like Alice in Wonderland the whole time. It's the baby of a CR artist who bought the land in the 80s. His artist friends all wanted to come and visit, so he had to make more room. All by himself and his friends. And then more artists from all over came, helped with the build and left their mark everywhere- murals, sculpures, whatever. And I have this from the horse's mouth, as we had the privilege to meet both the owner and his grandson in person. Oh, to have been a fly on the wall back then...And the drive up there is amazing as well. This place is mindblowing.
