Menawarkan 435 bilik tetamu yang luas dengan pemandangan gunung dan laut yang menarik, Hyatt Regency Qingdao menduduki lokasi yang ideal tepat di Pantai Shilaoren. Room was upgraded - instead of sea view I got large suite. It was suitable as for business, as for rest. There was good view to part of the beach. Possibility to walk on the beach - additinal pleasure. Breakfast was probably on of the best I tried in China.

Housed in an elegant white building, Kaiyue Hotel Qingdao used to be a historical Christian church. The staff here are exceptional-Always responsible and attention to every need. The hotel excuses a European charm，with thoughtful touches like warm bilingual instruction，portable maps and hand written weather for the day. It's the evident that the owner has put great effort into every details，which is reflected in the impeccable service provided by every staff member，from reception to the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Shangri-La Hotel is situated in Qingdao's central commercial district, 10 minutes' walk to May Fourth Square. The property boasts a fitness centre, spa and sauna rooms and 4 dining options. I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel near 5-4 Square in Qingdao, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional service. It wasn’t just one or two staff members who stood out, but rather every team member was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They quickly and efficiently handled all our requests, creating a very warm and comfortable experience. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a letter of appreciation. My sincere thanks to the hotel management and staff for their outstanding service.

The house is really cozy and clean. The homeowner decorated their own house with great care. I booked it for my British friends, and they loved it so much that they extended their stay for a few more days. They specifically asked me to express their gratitude for the homeowner's hospitality, saying that they will definitely stay here again when they come next time!

It was such a nicely designed place, very minimal but perfectly thought. I has everything I needed, from the plug and light in the bed to the curtains for privacy and even stairs instead of ladder. The bathroom was shared too but really nice. The staff are lovely and willing to help. It is very well located once you find it. And the price..!!! Cant be beaten!!! If I had to stay in Qingdao again, I’ll come to the exact same place.

Front desk manager Xiao is professional and helpful. She patiently tried to solve our problem reservations via booking.com. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Good service overall. Good breakfast. Would have rated higher if not for the issue between the hotel system and Booking.com for losing our bookings.
