Very good breakfast, lots of choices.. Great excursion facilities and services with the Massif desk. Amazing selection of food and drinks at resto bar. The tired legs massage at the spa was great after the base Torres hike. The spa, pool and sauna were really nice too and very good staff at the hotel and spa! Definitely felt pampered and well looked after, after a long day of excursions.

Truly an outstanding place! It was spotless — super clean and modern, with very clear instructions to access the apartment. The space is small but incredibly well-designed and comfortable, with absolutely everything you need, even for cooking. The bed was amazing, and everything just felt thoughtfully put together. My only regret is that I stayed just one night — I’ll definitely be coming back and staying longer next time. One of the best experiences I’ve had on Booking, and I travel a lot!

We had such a welcoming and warm stay at El Jardin. Every morning there was a great breakfast waiting for us and even on the one day where we had to leave early, Cristián had prepared such good packed lunch for us. Luckily we were also allowed to leave parts of our luggage in the hostel for the time we were hiking. So, the perfect accommodation for anyone staying in Puerto Natales- not just super central and everything in walking distance, but also very comfortable. Thank you again!

The property was very well located. It was an ideal place for two couples to stay. Fernanda was amazing. She was very responsive to our needs and answered all our questions.

Felt more like visiting a friend’s place than a hostel. Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!
