Whitsunday Sands Resort is uniquely located on its own private peninsula, by the turquoise waters of the Great Barrier Reef. It offers all guests private access to 2 separate, magnificent beaches. We loved our stay,but unfortunately we'd only booked our room for 1 night,and the room that was offered for a 2nd night wasn't suitable for me as I have a disability.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Big bonus for the cleanliness—everything stays super clean throughout the day.

The personal touches upon our arrival were very warm and welcoming. The rooms were well decorated and extremely com. Everything was just a short stroll away. I would strongly recommend this accommodation and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The central location made it super convenient to walk to everything, from cafes and restaurants to the waterfront. The facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Airlie Beach!

Exceptional stay! The communication prior to our stay was great with Simon suggesting trips etc. the check in process was really straight forward and again Simon suggested restaurants and things to do, these were also summarised on a sheet inside the apartment. Everyone one of Simon's recommendations was fantastic! The apartment itself is stunning. So clean and modern, it felt like a real treat to stay there! It's fully equipped with everything you need, including pool towels. We enjoyed it so much we got takeout some nights for dinner instead of going out! The pool is great too!

Absolutely brilliant in every way. Immaculately clean and contemporary presentation. Brilliant bathrooms and showers. Very well equipped kitchenette indeed, had more kit than my home. Incredible view from the balcony and picture windows off the lounge. Buggy = :-) :-) :-) Rave on... you get it.
