Despite we had windows towards the street and the gas station, we slept well and did not hear a thing. The same with trains, did not even notice them. Air con was working, quality and equipment and also breakfast were at appropriate level to smaller 4star hotel. Nice surrounding, garden. Really recommend.

Family-run for 4 generations, Hotel Restaurant Schwartz is located on the B17 federal road between Wiener Neustadt and Neunkirchen, in Southern Lower Austria. staff friendly; comfortable room; next to a forest which was excellent for a little walk; great breakfast

Extremely well equipped with everything needed (tea, coffee, cleaning products, salt, oil, etc.). Great coffee machine, comfy beds, large TVs. Infra-red sauna and whirlpool bath were great and the children loved the table football. Remote location so you need a car. It's a 10 min drive from Semmering for skiing (20 mins for Stuhleck). We'd happily come back and will look to try it in the summer months next time.

The house has everything you need to relax after a day full of activities. Just like in the description it has one large bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed, one living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a restroom. The place is very clean and you have a parking space on the propriety. The neighborhood is quiet and two minimarket are nearby. It is very close to the highway.

You can tell the owner/caretaker of the property really puts in efforts all around to make it a paradise hidden amongst a city.
