The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

So well equipped. The host was fabulous in the way she had instructions everywhere around the apartment making our stay so easy and comfortable. They also provide parking in case someone wants to rent a car. It was of great help to me. Also a great plus point is that the bus stop is right outside the apartment and the Lugano Center is just a 5-8 mins ride from there.
