Super friendly staff organized a tour to the Victoria falls and through the city of Livingstone.

Great location. The buffet dinner and breakfast was amazing. Wild Horizons was very useful and assisted me with my last-minute activities booking.

Every one in the hotel is very nice and helpful. The reception Mwiche and the other lady are very professional and always ready to help. Front desk manager is the person to go to when you have problems. He will sort out for you straight away. He also organised our free shuttle to and from the airport We will recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Livingstone.
