The room and bathroom were incredibly clean, I get very anxious about hotels not being clean and I was completely put at ease the moment I stepped into the hotel as it looks very well presented from the outside and inside. It has a nice modern design and is immaculate. The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly - they even gave us lovely red envelopes for TET as we checked out which I thought was a lovely gesture! If I were ever to be in Da Lat again this is the only hotel I would book!

Breakfast featured omelets made to order and local fruit jams. My only small gripe: housekeeping knocked slightly early on my last morning—eager, but I would’ve liked a few more minutes of sleep. Overall, impeccable service and design make this a top choice.

Staff were lovely, helpful and the hotel is very charming. Rooms are cozy and comfy. They have a cute cafe attached to the hotel with good items. The place feels safe, water was hot in the shower (it's needed cause it gets chilly in da lat) Ngoc the staff was very sweet and Profesional. We rented a bike with them to go around but grab works well there too. The lobby was very cute and nice decorations. Overall great value 👌
