The Forge Hotel BW Signature Collection has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Anaconda. It was clean, modern, roomy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I left my air buds and got a call by the front desk letting me know. I was at the golf course at the time and told them I would come by the hotel after my game and pick them up. The woman (and I've forgot her name) said she was getting off work and could bring them by the and leave them with the golf shop. I thought that was truly an example of going above and beyond for the customer. I could never have expected such service anywhere else. In fact, most other hotels those air buds would have been gone. Thank you and I can't wait to stay in your hotel again.
