Everything was impeccable. The service was outstanding, everyone was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. We had a nice view from the window. The bed was very comfortable! Delicious breakfast! We enjoyed the spa a lot ! We stayed at the hotel in May , so it was pretty quiet -amazing for a family getaway! Will definitely be back

Nearby the center of the city and nice coffee room with sweets. Very clean rooms and quiet, house nearby the forest. Very quiet aerea, no traffic noise. Very good destination for travellers who are looking for space, clean rooms and beatifull garden.

Featuring a spa area with a sauna, this classic-style hotel is situated in the Carpathian Mountains. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, and 3 ski lifts can be found within a 2-minute walk. First of all, the general vibe of the hotel was absolutely amazing, with the general organization of the hotel being perfect for a relaxing stay, where you don't think about anything except the relaxation. The amenities - especially chany (traditional regional hot tubs) and banya (stream-side spa with steam you can adjust yourself) - were amazing, just as the massage. The additional cost for them was 100% worth the price. Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is great and is open pretty much continuous. Amazing tasty local food, great selection of wines and drinks, and a good choice of dishes for vegetarians. The hotel's location is a perfect spot for several days worth of hikes in the neighbouring mountains.

Located 500 metres from ski slopes in Polyana town, this hotel offers wooden cottages with free Wi-Fi. Svalyava Balneal Resort is 10 minutes’ drive away. This was our 2nd time staying at Karina Complex. Karina is one of our favorite places to relax. It honestly feels like you are staying with family without the hassles. The food is wonderful and very affordable. The entire staff are extremely friendly, very helpful and do all to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We will be going back in the near future and wouldn't even consider staying with any other hotel))
