Featuring a shared lounge, Light Inn in Keelung is situated 200 meters from Keelung Miaokou Night Market. Perfectly located near the waterfront, station, and with the best food night market just around the corner, I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived in this lovely 5th floor guesthouse. My room was very comfortable. The showers were excellent, and the lounge/dining area had everything you needed if you wanted to cook for yourself, perhaps unlikely given the choice of wonderful food close by. Tea and coffee are complimentary, and I reckon that the coffee here was the very nicest I've had anywhere in Taiwan. It was raining (apparently this is normal weather here), so I didn't go out much but still enjoyed very much my stay here. The night market is literally around the corner, and the food here was excellent.

The staff was very nice and gave us a free bar drink and called a taxi for us to go to the cruise ship in the morning.

A lovely area and beautiful design. It was a quick one-night stop, but it had everything we needed. The kids loved the big tub in the bathroom. They also loved the huge Jenga game, the rocking horses, and the kayak in the hotel lobby, stopping for a game every time we passed by. The hotel offers parking, which we used, and a lovely store with some cool condiments and teas. Very good value for money.

Only steps away from the buzzing Miaokow Night Market, the homelike Hua Guo Hotel offers cosy guestrooms in a warm tone. Some fresh fruit would have been nice. Coffee was good.

Room and location is perfect. It's walking distant from train station. 10 mins approx. It's in Moya mall, 17th floor. You can take any elevators. it's just opposite right to Keelung night market..!!! it's easy to take a bus 788 from Keelung to Juifen as well (go to bus stop in front of Starbucks). Room is great. It's old but very good still. Love it. If we visit Keelung again we will stay here. One more things. They are renovating their restaurants on the 17th floor. Once it's finished, it must be superb to see the whole city.

It’s cheap and in a good location for Keelung’s market etc. The staff are very friendly. Great if you just want somewhere to sleep and don’t mind a little noise.
