The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and there were proper curtains to block sunlight in the morning. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the quality and cleanliness was as it supposed to be for a 5 star hotel.

Excellent staff, comfortable new hotel and really wonderful fresh breakfast with a chef who kept a close eye on the buffet and made fresh food when required. A very enjoyable stay. Also easy parking and a short taxi ride into the city so if you’re going to Erzurum, definitely consider this hotel. I would stay here again for sure.

A special mention goes to Stephan at the reception—he is truly one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, assisting us with everything from check-in to local recommendations. He also His warm welcome and attentiveness made such a difference. The restaurant staff were equally fantastic. Umit Ozdic, our waiter, was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. And we can't forget Onder Kelßh, whose energy and enthusiasm brightened every meal! His cheerful service and positive vibe added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. If you're looking for a ski resort with excellent slopes, top-notch hospitality, and staff who truly care about their guests, look no further than Dedeman Palandöken.
