I had a fantastic stay at this modern, recently renovated hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and features beautiful swimming pools, including an adult-only pool, which is a real plus for those seeking a quiet atmosphere. The location right by the beach is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful-special thanks to Cherine at the reception and Idriss at the bar, who enthusiastically made the best cocktails and added a personal touch to my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and excellent service!

The Mirage Resort & SPA is situated in Hammamet, 5 km from Yasmine Hammamet. The resort has a private beach area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. The bungalows that we had are perfect. The staff is amazing. The food is OMG delicious. We've been so spoilt in this holiday. The staff are the secret weapons here. From reception, wait staff and the F&b manager. They are all very friendly, helpful and sincere people. They elevated our stay this entire holiday. My husband and I had double bday celebrations and they treated us for free meals and huge bday cake. I cannot thank the resort enough for an unforgettable holiday. Thank you Fakhri (reception) and Sami (f&b manager).

Situated right on the beach of Hammamet, in a beautiful garden of 12 hectars and close to the city centre and the Medina, Hotel Bel Azur Thalasso & Bungalows combines a lovely setting with comfort,... There were a bit complication to the booking bec i am pregnant but the staff in the reception specially the young woman gave us an upgrade to Royal Azur which is an amazing experience we had in Hammamet. We cant thank her enough for such help. We are for sure coming back.

Booked 2 nights with the family at the resort before noticing the no burkini rule on the website. Wanted to cancel the booking at the hotel but the reception told us it was an old rule and there was no issues with burkinis at the hotel. Reception was amazing, the people are lovely and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. Manager Ali made sure to let us know he was always available for us everytime he saw us around. Room were clean and big, AC worked perfectly, shower had good pressure . Pool was big and clean, a deep side and a shallow side, water parks has close to no wait and my kids had a lot of fun. Paid Activities are affordable and lots of fun, don't be cheap and give them a try. El Fnarr coffee shop has amazing staff, good coffee/tea and good shisha at good prices. The beach had plenty of chairs available and was clean despite the sea algea season. Cannot comment on the food as I didn't take the all inclusive option for food and went to the nearby city for food. Weve had an amazing stay thanks to the friendly staff and clean premises
