We tried the coffee from the slow bar. This something else, as the coffee was made with a special espresso machine. It was basically hand made. I ended up having three espressos each morning. Well worth the wait. Brilliant.

Baan Imm Sook Resort is located on Chao Lao Beach in Chanthaburi. It offers a private beach area and rooms with flat-screen TVs. This place is fantastic! Its pristine sanctuary with private jungle and beach access. You can stay either in hotel or traditional family huts, which we have chosen. The restaurant offers amazing breakfast and lovely selection of local dishes for the rest of the day. Staff was super helpful in any request we had and either provided us with transportation to nearby forest or ordered us taxi for a longer trip. They were really nice and genuinely happy people. We ended up extending our stay as this was the most awesome place we found in Thailand so far.
