Located right in front of Titicaca Lake, Titilaka boasts chic decor, an on-site restaurant with regional and international cuisine and rooms with free Wi-Fi. This is probably one of my favorite hotels I have ever been to. The staff is always here to help and are very professional and well trained. The hotel and amenities are really beautiful and the location could not be better as the hotel is right on lake titicaca facing isla taquile. The food was good and all the little additional attentions were appreciated (5pm service with delicious cocktails or wines to be enjoyed near a brasero outside or inside, after dinner tea service, welcome drinks…they were too many to list !)

The experience met our needs without surprises, which made for a smooth and pleasant stay.

Terletak 1-minit berjalan kaki dari Pino Park, Kaaro Hotel El Buho menawarkan penginapan 3-bintang di Puno dan mempunyai taman. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was centrally located, the service was top notch, friendly staff and free coca tea upon arrival (for the altitude sickness) and very nice breakfast with a lot of choice. The room was clean and quiet (I asked for a quiet room in my booking) and the bed was so comfortable. We had a great night and would have stayed longer if we knew how good the experience would be. Totally recommend if you are staying in Puno !

Hotel Hacienda Puno is 1 block from the Main Square and the Cathedral and offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The personnel was excellent! Very helpful, very kind and overall adorable. The hotel was very close to the main square and the breakfast was very nice.

The window is in the courtyard. There is an elevator. I informed that the curtain was broken. It was fixed after we came back from the tour. Abraham, the receptionist, was very honest. He kept my mobile phone, which I forgot during making the complimentary tea. All staffs are friendly, especially the lady (I forgot to ask her name). She came out to get a taxi for us so we got the local price.
