The reception was able within minutes to organise a WhatsApp call with a doctor: and thankfully this fully solved my health concern! Also, the reception staff kindly sent the breakfast up to my room while I was recovering. Even aside from this exceptional care, the attention that the hotel gives their clients at all times is simply amazing. For example they sent - also via WhatsApp - a list of activities that can be organised on a Monday when some other museums are closed. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness.
