It’s a bit distant from the city, so make sure you have a car. Overall, highly recommended, will do again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Milam in Tulum, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This hidden gem offers an unparalleled experience that seamlessly blends luxury, nature, and tranquility. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring a harmonious mix of contemporary design and local influences. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

It did take a little bit to find since there isn't a sign saying the property name but once you're there its all excellent from there. The property manager, Steph was available to guide us over WhatsApp and very lovely to speak with. There is a self check in which is very easy. The apartment itself was very clean and felt like home the way it is done up. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all basic needs including coffee. The location is also super convenient, where it feels tucked away but is still very close to the main Tulum road. There are a lot of small restaurants nearby as well. Big bonus the property is inside a gated community so its very secure and there is free parking as well. 10/10 for this one
