This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. by all-inclusive, it really was all-inclusive! 24hour room service, with your room cleaned TWICE daily! the resteraunts were amazing, we kept asking ourselves "are we sure this is included?". There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.

The food was exceptional, beautifully presented and delicious and hosts Jay and Sebastian were delightful! The suites are well designed, spacious, cool and the bed was so very comfortable. Gardens lush and a beautiful, sparkling pool. Will we be back? FOR SURE!!

Situated in Tulum, 6.6 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Hotel Milam features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The hotel was perfect, zero complaints. The vibe, the design, the pool in the middle of the hotel, the walking paths throughout, the privacy, the outdoor shower in the rooms, and most of all, the pool INSIDE the room. Already looking for dates to rebook. Will be back.

Ideally situated in Playa del Carmen, IPANA Luxury Apartments by Vacaciones.Yeah features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. The location and amenities were fantastic. Bed was comfortable (maybe better quality bedding in 100% good quality cotton would make it even better). Good showers and good water pressure.

Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

Hotel Casa Hormiga features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Bacalar. The zen-like atmosphere of the hotel. It was a very soothing, serene place. The staff were really nice too. We loved our stay. Definitely recommend.

Boasting a garden, Casa CheJum Bacalar is situated in Bacalar. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This was our favourite place we have stayed in so far on our trip. The double bed and balcony room was so authentic and perfect. The room was brilliantly cleaned everyday. The communal area featured a fridge, microwave and free water as well as utensils to make breakfast and lunch. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the restaurants and lagoon. The family that run the case were extremely helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again!
