Very clean, they have alot of staff that were all friendly. If the staff would see us they would always greet us even down the hallways. The buffet breakfast was always delicious 🤤 The hotel has the best possible location if going to the us consulate since its right next door. The one wifi code worked around the entire hotel, which made it so easy for me to take my work laptop with me to breakfast, lobby or terrace. The rooms were pretty sound proof. Lastly i wanted to add juarez is beautiful city there is so much to do around the hotel. The mall is across the street.

If you are planning a trip to Cerocahui, I'd highly recommend staying at Hotel Paraiso del Oso. Hugo, met my wife and I at the train station on our arrival. The location is unbelievable. Giant ancient stone pillars surround the hotel. Hugo also acted as our personal guide for two days. The first day we visited the small village of Cerocahui and toured the mission built in the 1600's. The next day Hugo took us over the high mountain pass (Unbelievable views) and down to the village of Urique.
