Kannawaen is an entirely non-smoking accommodation that features a garden, terrace and bar in Beppu. 100 metres from Hells of Beppu, the property is also 500 metres away from Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. From the time we arrived we were welcomed greatly and was greeted by staff in our native language which took us by surprise. Apparently there are many staff versed in different languages to assist guests from around the world. I was impressed. The room was huge and the amenities were all there, it did not lack anything. I loved that they provided a rubber duck for the kids to play with in the private bath area. The view from our room was great - overlooking the steamy scenery of Beppu. I loved the private bath, we got an indoor and outdoor one, though the outdoor one is very dark at night since there were no lighting probably around the bath probably to protect privacy. The food served for breakfast and dinner were decent. We liked the teppanyaki dinner and the kids meals were delicious.

Pension Yufuin prides itself on an outdoor public hot-spring bath featuring large rocks, that’s unique in Oita. It also offers a garden, a terrace and free WiFi at the lobby. The location was very convenient to walking around town and the view of the mountain was wonderful from our room

Yawaragi-no-Sato Yadoya mempunyai 6 kolam mandian mata air panas, sebuah restoran Jepun dan reka bentuk sejagat. We had a really good and comfortable stay. The location is walkable to Yufuin floral village and a few convenience stores. The inn has private and public baths and the beef sukiyaki for dinner was delicious. Rooms are huge and clean. I definitely recommend this inn and will return again.

Oniyama Hotel features a hot spring bath and a 24-hour front desk with free luggage storage service. Beppu Station is 16 minutes by car from Oniyama Hotel. The onsens. The hotel has the roof-top one and the one on the ground floor. Both are excellent. If I visit Beppu again, I will book two nights.

Big rooms. The breakfast and dinner were both great and affordable. They even had a string quartet playing over dinner which was cool.

Highly recommended hotel.
