We love our stay very much! Hotel is really near train station, theres free shuttle service too. Hotel is really clean, every guests are required to take off shoes and they even cleaned our luggage wheels upon entering, i love the concept. However the area for us to wear shoes is small hence it can be quite of a hassle when it is crowded. There’s free yukata rental, free drinks at the lobby, popsicle and ramen (within specific time). Hotel has everything we need and we had a great time relaxing. Our room is really spacious with a traditional bath tub my kids enjoyed alot. Kids also have their own separate room to sleep, love this privacy. We went for public bath, private bath, it such a great place to unwind after a day of snow play. The breakfast and dinner kaiseiki spread were sumptuous. It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend anyone to try it! Do remember to book in advance!

It was a lovely stay, place is well maintained although built in the 80s or 90s so furnishing represents that era. Onsen was lovely with different options and the water temperature was quite hot. Its an elaborate traditional japanese breakfast spread with lots of tasty dishes. I would recommend the place and you feel very relaxed after the onsen and they provide lots of little snacks and ice-cream which was a bonus with the kids. It is quite off the main road and the onsen itself is the destination.

Being next to the Lawson was incredibly convenient. The location was sort of noisy due to the Shinkansen/train running. The Onsen was wonderful when visited outside of the busy times. Parking on-site was ¥500 and a one-time in-and-out transaction. However, parking is a bit small and does get full. The Times parking South/Southwest (next to train station) was ¥600 and a good solution in case the on-site gets full. Staff was wonderful. You can use the public transportation pick-up/drop-off area for quick access to the site for dropping off luggage or grabbing something.
