There was plenty of storage space for clothes. The room was big. The public baths area was beautiful and the baths were relaxing. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff who were happy to help at all times.

We had Japanese-style breakfast and it was perfect. The room was so comfortable and clean. The best thing for us was the public bath. Very relaxing.

The reception is located on the 19th floor, and you can take the elevator directly from the station B2 to the 19th floor, then transfer to an internal elevator to reach your room level. Highly recommended for your stay in Fukuoka Tenjin.

Although the weather is not good on the day of arrival (so heavy rain), but we got a happy day in the tent and we enjoy the delicious BBQ so much . The staff Mr. Siu Chi Yung is so nice and he help us to play the fireworks outdoor, the kids are so happy about that . He also help us to arrange the tennis court when we needed help.
