The staff were so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! The restaurant was out of this world- delicious Italian! Paying for thr breakfast is worth it! So many options!!!!

The staff were amazing, especially Phuong, the Vietnamese receptionist, who was incredibly warm and accommodating. She went out of her way to make my stay more enjoyable.

Richmond Hotel Premier Kyoto Shijo is ideally set in the centre of Kyoto, and features a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. The staff, breakfast, rooms and location was all fantastic. Short easy walk to Nishi Market. Will definitely stay here again.

In a prime location in the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, NOHGA HOTEL KIYOMIZU KYOTO is located 1.1 km from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, 1.1 km from Sanjusangen-do Temple and 1.3 km from Gion Shijo... Very modern hotel, everything is very stylish, it has multiple dining options (restaurant, bakery, rooftop terrace if weather is nice). We had Premium King room and it was very spacious. Breakfast was amazing as well. We could order egg dishes and enjoy buffet. Location is nice too, Gion district is where you can truly experience authentic Japan.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is central and easy to access the subway. Really enjoyed using the lounge which had afternoon tea and drinks available!

Attractively located in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Wander Kyoto Nanajo is situated less than 1 km from TKP Garden City Kyoto, 1.8 km from Gion Shijo Station and 1.1 km from Kyoto Station. Location is great, close to the station an close to a lot of good restaurants. The staff was amazing, very helpful with tips, suggestion and recommendations of places to eat, to visit, to get a haircut, etc. Cleaning staff was very good, everyday refilling water in the fridge and very polite.

Attractively situated in the centre of Kyoto, Comfort Hotel ERA Kyoto Toji features buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star hotel offers a bar. The room was big and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices and every day there were different varieties of dishes. They also have coin washing machines and a library with free tea and sweets between specific hours. It is 5-10 min walking distance from Toji Temple which is very beautiful. There is a bus station just in front of the hotel which has direct access to many attractions. Everything was perfect and if I came in back to Kyoto I would choose this hotel again.

In a prime location in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, Hotel GOCO stay Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi is set 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.3 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.4 km... I stayed in the double bed room. Compact but functional, clean, with a washing machine and detergent. The staff were so helpful and gave us extra blankets and a cutting knife to borrow when we needed it. I saw them helping another group search for nearby restaurants. There's a free water dispenser downstairs and they give you a glass pitcher to keep in your fridge. Free coffee and tea too. Location is very convenient but also tucked away in a side street so it wasn't noisy at all. There is a terrace on the 5th floor with tables and umbrellas. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in central Kyoto near Kyoto Kawaramachi station.
