The beds were so comfortable and calming. The surrounding neighborhood had delicious food and kind people that made us feel welcome on every corner. It was fun going to produce markets and coming back to our home away from home. Kumamoto rocks and the venue confirmed it.

Called the hotel and was addressed by a staff who could speak mandarin and it’s really wonderful cause we were in distress by then. He checked our location and came out to find us and lead us the right way to the hotel. Very polite and has provided us very excellent service throughout. Too bad we didn’t get his name but it was a young guy from guangdong, he really made our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

The interior space is very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were excellent (good value). The staff was extremely friendly and warm. The location is nearby downtown area and Hitoyoshi station.
