This was by far the best hotel in which I have stayed in my multiple trips to Iwate. Amazing customer service, overall cleanliness and amenities. The lobby workers were incredibly helpful and gave us all the information that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the multiple options for pillows were a nice addition. Thank you so much!

I was about to do my laundry but found out somethng went wrong with the washer. The staff helped me to do my laundry and brought my clothes to my room! He went beyond what I was asking for! Much appreciated his effort :)

Little cozy place with friendly staff. We travelled with kids so that the loft bed was very practical and kids loved it. Right in the middle of the town so plenty of restaurants and other shops.
